Plant Operator

Starting Pay Rate : $18 / hr, paid weekly

Hours :

6am-630pm-" Swing Shift" will need to be flexible with working weekends 1 or 2 times a month.

3 days on, 3 days off, 4 days on. Rotating shift. Days and weekends will vary monthly.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform work and adhere to all company policies related to the company Health and Safety program.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow established equipment operating guidelines and be able to recognize issues as they arise.
• Record equipment settings and product quality information on a routine basis.
• Walk the assigned work area and ensure equipment is performing in the correct manner.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regularly.
• Report on condition and items in need of maintenance.
• Operate wheel loader and forklift equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Physical Demands

• Stand for long periods of time.
• Perform in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to do repetitive motions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• 10-panel drug screen
• Background screening
• Reliable transportation
